Judge Lewis J. Liman ordered Justin Baldoni to pay Blake Lively less than $400,000 in legal fees after their May settlement, Page Six reported. The Gossip Girl alum had sought nearly $8 million following her sexual harassment allegations against Baldoni on the 2024 film It Ends With Us. A source told Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack on Thursday, August 27, that Lively was unhappy with the award. Page Six said the judge called Lively’s request an “outrageously unreasonable demand.” Her attorneys said the case focused on accountability. The ruling was issued Tuesday, August 25, which the report noted was Lively’s 39th birthday.
