Senteville, Michigan (Wood) – early Monday morning, the West Michigan family got more than they asked for a parking lot in McDonald’s.

Instead of a snack late at night, they welcomed a new girl under the golden arches. The ALYCE and Kevin Rotunda experience was never expected, but a better result than any happy meal.

“I am really grateful because it’s well,” said Alice Rotunda, a Sentefel resident. “If he should be in a McDonald’s parking, it should be there.”

Being a great danger and has complications during her last three birth, ALYCE planned to deliver her fourth child at Bonson Hospital in KALAMAZO.

On Saturday, she manufactured 45 minutes by car in labor, just to send her home after doctors decided that he was a wrong alarm. By Sunday night, the contractions, this time, came up.

“Things have changed very quickly,” she said. “There was a lot of what I felt was happening … I really didn’t know how to play this.”

Kevin said he knows that they have no time to spare them. They entered the car and ran to the hospital 100 miles per hour, and they cut what would be 30 minutes by car to Schoolcraft in half.

“I really felt tense,” said Kevin. “I felt that we wouldn’t make it … I was rushing. Things were talking and I was tense.”

He set out to McDonald’s in N Grand ST, and entered a parking lot at about three in the morning, called Kevin 911 and in a few minutes, pulled the school officer up and helped highlight it. Alice stood in the parking lot, and refused to lie on asphalt. This is when Kevin noticed that the child was no longer waiting.

Matilda Rotonda was born in West Michigan McDonald's in August.

Matilda Rotonda was born in West Michigan McDonald’s in August.

“Anyone knows me knows that I will be the last person to hand over a child at all,” he said. “Every time we had one, I was always on the head of my wife … but everything slowed and focused only on hunting the child.”

For Keven, the moment was surreal, but both parents described everything as instinctive.

Alice said: “He grabbed her and I had a great sigh of relief when she fell frankly and immediately started crying,” Alice said.

The ambulance arrived between five to ten minutes, and I took Alyce and Newborn Baby Matilda to Bonson Hospital. In seven pounds, 14 ounces, her official birthplace is listed in her birth certificate as the Schoolcraft McDonald speech. The Rotundas News 8 has told some family members already called him the title of McTILDA, McTillly and Nugget.

McDonald’s manager 8 told that they had no idea that birth had occurred until she is contacted. By the time the restaurant opened on Monday morning, the car park was already cleaned.

For Alice, the experience was modest, but the family says it is simply grateful.

Kevin said: “I am really grateful and blessed that everything was fine and there were no complications,” Kevin said.

Alice, who also celebrated her birthday on Sunday, now has a story that she tells for life. As for the child Matilda – her parents say they love her.
